I am skilled within various modalities of massage ranging from Reiki, Swedish, Shiatsu, Posture Alignment, Ayurvedic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Sports or Workout recovery, Indian Head Massage, Exercise Therapy, Body Scans, Intuitive Massage, lymphatic Drainage Massage, Focus Therapy, Combination therapy, Hand & Foot (reflexology) Cord Cutting, Myofascial, Cupping, Detoxification, Exercise Support, Diet/ Meal planning, Weight Management, Sound Therapy, Various Coaching sessions (spiritual Coaching , Life Coach, Mentorship). I am physically fit (5’6 110 lbs) and ready to assist you with your individual needs including personal training. I can accompany you to the gym to create a workout routine that is in alignment with your energy and goals or I can be your massage therapist.
